DISC DUPLICATION
DVD and CD Duplication is the process commonly referred to as "burning" or duplicating data onto an existing pre-made disc using CD-Recordable or DVD-Recordable discs.  Duplicated CD and DVD media are excellent for quick, reliable, short run CD/DVDs, or customers who requires Dynamic Content Distribution  that Pressed Replication - GLASS MASTER CD-DVD doesn't offer.  DiscPrice also employs a careful CIRC process to assure that BLER RATES are excellent, as well as a 1:1 bit verification to assure the highest quality.

Duplication Benefits:

DISC REPLICATION
CD and DVD Replication is the Process of producing discs through glass mastering, stamping (or pressing) CDs_DVDs via automated injection molding.  The information is encoded to a glass master, which in turn, is used to create a stamper mold for disc pressing.  The mold replica is created in the form of a standard disc which is then coated with a highly reflective layer of aluminum. The final stage involves the application of a protective lacquer which is spun onto the disc and cured by ultraviolet (UV) light. The vast majority of discs purchased in retail stores are actually replicated CDs or DVDs.  This process is excellent for large volume orders or for customers who do not require Dynamic Content Distribution (link).  DiscPrice also employs a careful CIRC process (link) to assure that BLER RATES are excellent, as well as a 1:1 bit verification to assure tooling and production quality.
